?How can I get a new client in the next few days??
So how do you balance the urgent need to get clients, with an important need to build a business that honors your goals and values??
Glad you asked 🙂?
Try these 3 tips for an inspiring, and useful, Business Vision!?
1.?Create your Business Vision in 2 parts.
While it?s inspiring to dream of a million-dollar business that helps thousands of people, if that?s not where you are right now, that?s fine!
Dream about your Business Vision in a specific way, seeing, and feeling, the transformation that you help create in the world. This part of your business vision will help you stay inspired when things get challenging. It?s closer to your purpose.
Then create a 2nd vision that?s much closer. It?s the Business Vision of the next 30-60 days, and it will motivate you to move through your immediate business needs. You can still use visualization, and positivity, and focus on the here-and-now rather than the someday.
2.?Include your ?hero?s journey? as part of your Business Vision.
Visioning, or visualization, that is based on everything working out without any challenges can actually hinder you. When you see yourself as able to overcome obstacles, you become more resilient. You?re less likely to respond to setbacks, or disappointments with procrastination and negativity.
So it?s OK to sometimes visualize obstacles – just include you, as the hero, overcoming them!?
3?Hold your Business Vision lightly.
As you build your business, what you want will probably change. That?s OK! You still need a 2-part vision, and you still want to be aiming at both short and long-term goals.?
If you allow yourself to be guided into new pathways as you learn and grow, knowing that these may cause you to modify your Vision, you?ll be better able to take advantage of opportunities when they show up.
