At least, automated is great to have running in the background 24/7. But which part of ?automated? should you do? The list of options is pretty long!
I?ve collected my 3 favorite automated ways to generate new clients. Enjoy!
1)?Systematize your CTAs (Calls to Action)
Every piece of communication you create should have a call-to-action. That?s something that you want the reader to click, read, watch, or do. It might be ?download my ebook here? or ?watch this video?.
I used to get stressed about my CTAs. What should I invite people to? Where should I send them, now that I have precious attention?
I came up with the idea of ?Core CTAs?.
Here are some examples of CTAs – which ones can you use?
- ?Download my (NAME OF EBOOK) ebook here, where you?ll learn (BENEFIT).
- ?Share with me on Facebook what you think??
- ?Would you like to have a Strategy Session, where you?ll discover …? Schedule with me here!?
You don?t have to reinvent the wheel every time you?re writing a piece of content. Just use one of your Core CTAs, that automatically sends people to a place that they can interact with you!
2)?Have a ROCKIN? good freebie
Having a great freebie, or lead magnet, is critical when you want to expand online. This could be an ebook, a quiz, or some other short form of useful information for your ideal client.?
It?s worth putting time and effort into your freebie. Here are all the ways that you can use it:
- Display the offer prominently on your website, and ask for an optin for someone to get it (make it easy to find!)
- As a giveaway for a new contact who is referred to you or you connect with. This saves you time in helping them get to know you!
- Put your CTA for your freebie in your email signature.

3)?Have a Book-A-Call page
A Book-A-Call page is a simple webpage with a video of you inviting people to talk to you, and a link to either optin or book a time instantly on your calendar.
When people are considering talking to you about what you offer, there are always things to explain. Your ideal client may want to know
- What they?ll experience on a call with you
- The people that you help
- What people expect from working with you
When you have a page with a video of you, inviting people to book a call with you, that?s a tremendous resource. You can share the link with people you meet, or people who want to refer you. When it?s well done, you look professional, approachable, and you can create a like-know-trust situation very quickly.
