And I get it – you ARE limited when you work 1-1. So how do you go from where you are, to where you want to be serving lots of people?
There are 5 MUST-DO steps. Which ones are you missing?
1)?Tiered Offers
You must have offerings at different levels, including high-ticket.
If you?re going to create offerings at different levels, you want to start with high-ticket. Why?
Because high-ticket allows you to?
- Make money that you can use to fund the growth of your company
- Put your best work into your top offering, and pull parts of it out for the lower-ticket offers, meaning everything is congruent (congruence makes people happy!)
- Give your best transformation to the people who value it.
High-ticket is defined as $2000 and up, and if you don?t have an offering like that, you?re not serving all the people that you could be. Worse, you?re not setting yourself up to scale to those thousands you want to help.

2)?Growth Mindset
You must be willing to grow as a business owner and marketer.
Learning how to create new offers, market, run a team? all of that is necessary when you want to impact thousands. You can start off with just one high-ticket offer, though.
3)?Recognizable Brand
Another way to say this is that the transformation that you provide must be understandable to a muggle (With apologies to Harry Potter, that?s someone outside the transformation industry.)
Being the person who ?does this really cool work, but I don?t really know what it is?? won?t cut it in today?s fast-paced, attention-driven culture.
4) Willingness to Fail
The greatest entrepreneurs I know have failed many times. Here?s the key: in order to be successful, you need to do big things. And sometimes when you take on big things, big goals, big dreams? you don?t succeed in the way or the timeframe that you had envisioned. Being willing to fail, pick yourself back up, and continue, is a characteristic of all successful entrepreneurs.
5) Willingness to Invest
It takes money to make money. (That?s just a saying, right?)
It?s actually true! Or it takes time. Because if you aren?t willing to invest, even a little, you?ll pay a high price in more trial and error.?
