Simply, dump all of the ideas and all of the concerns and all the worries out of your head. You can type them in a computer. You can write them on a piece of paper, but the idea is to get those things out of your head because you can’t make good decisions, you can’t prioritize, you can’t evaluate when you’re trying to keep too many things in your head at once. So, five minutes, make a list, get it out of your head. And that’s going to start the overwhelm reduction process.
